While each service is different, they are all connected by one core need: communication. The goal is to help you organize your thoughts, ask better questions, prepare for important conversations, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Complimentary Intro Chat

 

No Fee
Start with a free 15 to 20 minute intro conversation. This is a simple way to talk about what is going on, ask questions, and see whether this feels like the right fit.

​1. Medical Navigation Support

​

Hourly Rate: $75–$125

​​

Medical situations can be overwhelming, especially when information is coming quickly and emotions are high. This service is designed to help individuals and families communicate more clearly, stay organized, and better understand what is happening before, during, and after medical appointments.

This support may include:

  • preparing questions and concerns before an appointment

  • helping organize important information and priorities

  • support with communication during appointments when appropriate

  • reviewing follow-up instructions and next steps afterward

  • helping family members stay informed when they cannot be there

  • providing a calm sounding board during stressful medical situations

Travel time for in-person medical support: $75 per hour
This applies when travel is required for hospitals, clinics, treatment locations, or extended appointment-related support.

2. Divorce and Separation Support

Hourly Rate: $75 to $125

​

Divorce and separation often become more difficult when emotions rise and communication breaks down. This service focuses on the communication side of family transition, helping clients prepare for difficult conversations, organize their thoughts, and respond more calmly and clearly.

This support may include:

  • preparing for difficult conversations

  • drafting thoughtful texts, emails, or responses

  • helping reduce unnecessary escalation

  • support with co-parenting communication

  • providing a neutral sounding board during emotionally charged situations

  • helping clients stay focused on practical next steps

 

3. Criminal Justice and Juvenile Family Support

Hourly Rate: $75 to $125

​

If you are facing charges, supporting a loved one in the legal system, or navigating a juvenile matter, the stress can be overwhelming. This service provides calm, practical support to help individuals and families better understand what is happening, communicate more clearly, and stay more organized during difficult legal situations.

This support may include:

  • helping make sense of the process in a grounded, practical way

  • organizing questions and important information

  • improving family communication during stressful situations

  • support for parents or guardians dealing with juvenile matters

  • reducing confusion and helping everyone stay on the same page

  • providing a steady, judgment-free sounding board

 

4. Everyday Support and Communication Help

Hourly Rate: $75 to $125

​

Not every difficult situation fits into a formal category. Sometimes people simply need help finding the right words, thinking through a decision, or being heard without judgment. This service is flexible, personal, and centered on clarity and communication.

This support may include:

  • drafting or refining personal letters, emails, or messages

  • talking through stressful or emotionally heavy situations

  • judgment-free listening and private one-on-one support

  • brainstorming ideas, plans, or practical next steps

  • help with tricky texts, apologies, or important personal communication

  • everyday problem-solving with a calm second perspective

 

Billing and Payment

​

  • billing is hourly and begins at the scheduled start of the session

  • rates typically range from $75 to $125 per hour, depending on the type of support and level of involvement

  • travel time for in-person medical support is billed separately at $75 per hour

  • payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or other secure online methods you choose to offer

  • please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
